Mopillah Cookery Class

Northern Kerala has its own distinct cuisine, known as ‘mopillah’ cooking style. There is no finer purveyor of this than Ms. Faiza Moosa, a well-known expert on the famous cuisine, and your host at the Ayisha Manzil. During your stay you are welcome to join her for a cooking class in which you will learn to prepare some mouth-watering and truly unique delicacies.
