Korean cooking class

Korean cuisine is growing in popularity and quickly becoming the new dining trend. Korean restaurants are popping up in most major cities and many restaurants have been experimenting with kimchi for years. Learning to cook some of Korea's most loved home-cooked dishes is an excellent introduction to one of Asia’s most unique cuisines. Popular dishes which can be covered in the class include Bulgogi (stir-fried beef), Japchae (glass noodles with mixed vegetables), Kimbap (cooked rice and ingredients rolled in dried sheets of seaweed), and Bibimbap (steamed rice with a multitude of toppings).

The class begins with a visit to a traditional local market, where you will mingle with the locals and shop for ingredients. You will then head to a traditional Korean house to learn how to make an array of dishes, which can then be devoured for lunch. The class can be booked as a shared or private experience.
