Tamarind cooking class

Head to the Tamarind Cooking School where you will learn about the habits and customs at the heart of Lao cuisine. The class begins with a visit to the local market, to learn about some of the key ingredients found in Lao cooking and pick up some fresh produce for the class. At the ‘Tamarind Gardens’ you will learn how to prepare several Lao-style dishes such as Mok Pa, a popular dish of fish steamed with herbs in banana leaves, Laap, a minced meat salad typical of the country, and a surprise dessert.
