Watch cricket from the wall of Galle Fort

We are cricket mad here at Bamboo Travel (a few of us, anyway!) and we can’t imagine a more enjoyable way to spend a day than pottering around Galle’s atmospheric Dutch fort and catching a bit of cricket in the Galle International Stadium. Standing on the wall to the north of the fort you get a great view right into the ground. International games are split between Colombo, Kandy, Galle, Hambantota and Dambulla and your consultant will be only too pleased to see some cricket watching can be included in your tour itinerary, whether in Galle or elsewhere in the country.
