Shambhala Palace

The Shambhala Palace is a traditional Tibetan guesthouse, once home of a high-ranking Tibetan lama, located on a quiet alley of Barkor in the heart of Lhasa’s old town. The guesthouse features 17 individually styled rooms, all tastefully decorated in a rustic style with traditional furnishings and art. One of the highlights of the Shambhala Palace is the views the Potala Palace from the rooftop restaurant, a great place to while away a few hours.
