Nam Kat Yorlapa is a very comfortable and attractive resort, located in a picturesque forest setting a short distance outside of Muang Xai. There are 31 rooms and villas across the grounds, each of which is modern and well-equipped yet follows a design sympathetic to your rural surrounds. A wide range of facilities are available, including a wide swimming pool area, a spa, and fitness centre. The onsite restaurant turns out local and regional favourites throughout the day, and there is also a bar-lounge for relaxing in quieter times. The resort is a good base for exploring the Oudomxay and Muang La region, and also runs a variety of their own adventure activities including forest walks, hiking, zip-lining, and mountain-biking.
