The Reethi Faru Resort is situated in Raa Atoll, north-west of Malé on the tiny island of Filaidhoo - measuring just 600 x 350 metres and with a beautiful house reef just off shore. From the international airport Reethi Faru Resort can be reached by a scenic 45-minute seaplane flight, or a 20-minute domestic flight to Dharavandhoo followed by a 30-minute speedboat ride to the resort.

There are 150 luxurious villas spread out among the gardens, along the beach, and over the water. Villas are equipped with air-conditioning, minibar, satellite TV, and part open-air bathroom with rainforest shower. Some units feature a private jacuzzi, and all feature private terraces.  

The resort has a selection of five restaurants and five bars for guests to choose from, serving a range of Maldivian and international food. There is also a dive centre, a water sports centre, an extensive spa, and a sports complex including tennis, badminton and squash courts, a gym, and a large freshwater swimming pool.
