The Mountain Heavens has been designed to maximize the spectacular views and dramatic landscapes found around Ella. All rooms are comfortable, modern, and stylishly finished and have private balconies overlooking the Ella Gap. The view is outstanding. The village itself is a short walk away, with a number of small restaurants and bars although the resort does have its own restaurant serving a buffet breakfast and an à la carte dinner. The chef can also prepare picnic lunches for you to take with you on a day of exploring. It enjoys a peaceful hillside location, with the immediate surrounding area ripe for exploration on foot or by bike. The surrounding countryside is also excellent for bird-watching.
