The Souly Lodge Empty Quarter is a comfortable tented camp and eco lodge which sits amongst the red dunes of the empty quarter around 320km and a five-hour drive north of Salalah. It provides guests with a unique desert camping experience where you can meet local bedouin people, drive 4x4s in the desert and enjoy magical sunsets followed by spectacular stargazing. Accommodation is split between 10 spacious tents (with private bathroom, but no air-conditioning) and four bungalows. All meals are included in your stay and served in the camps central dining area. Guests can also make use of the open-air sulphur water swimming pool, a healthy and relaxing place to take a dip after a day exploring one of the great deserts of the world.
