The Yamaichi Bekkan is a family-run ryokan just a short walk from both the Miyajima Island pier (where you will arrive) and the famous shrine. All four rooms are fully en-suite and at such a small as well and is well known for its high quality food. The friendly owners are a real delight and can advise about sightseeing in English as well as assist you with renting bicycles.
