The Veena by the Beach is an almost two-hundred-year-old traditional nalukettu (traditional one courtyard property) which has been lovingly converted to a luxury private villa. The present owners arranged for the building to be moved brick by brick from Tamil Nadu to an exclusive beachside location on Marari Beach, Kerala. The property can be booked for exclusive use, or the two en suite rooms can be booked independently. The villa lacks a pool but its location smack bang on Marari Beach mean a refreshing dip in the cool waters of the Arabian Sea are not far away. During their stay guests will be treated to a range of traditional Keralan fare prepared by the live-in in-house chef.
