Khem Villas is nicely positioned on the outskirts of Ranthambore National Park offering a comfortable base conveniently close to the park boundaries. Environmentally sound accommodation comes in the form of rooms, tents or cottages. Rooms in the main building are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. The tents are erected on a wooden platform supported by a steel frame. Spacious and comfortable, with minimalisic, modern appointments they have bathrooms designed using natural materials like bamboo and wood. The Cottages offer a spacious and comfortable bedroom, a bath with an open to sky outdoor shower and a large, old fashioned tub. A private courtyard and veranda overlook the reserve beyond. All meals are taken in the camp dining room which offers a selection of Indian, Western and Oriental cuisine. Two Jeep safaris are on offer each day which will give guests a chance to see tigers in the National Park as well as other animals such as jackals, jungle cats, hyenas, desert fox and crocodiles. Guests staying at the camp can make use of the library or the Age Veda Spa. There are also a number of local walks to do and the camp's surrounding grasslands are well known for the variety of birdlife on show.
