La Villa was constructed in the 1930s by a tradesman from Battambang in a style that was fashionable during the French colonial period. After extensive renovation La Villa is now a 7-bedroom boutique hotel with a swimming pool. The owners have recreated the Indochinese ambiance from the 1930s with Art deco furniture, period electrical equipment and historic photography.
