The Glow Elixir Resort is a tranquil hideaway on the peaceful island of Koh Yao Yai, about 30 minutes’ speedboat ride from Phuket. It has 35 villas, some right on the private beach with their own plunge pool. Koh Yao Yai is a quiet island, a world away from the busy holiday scene found on nearby Phuket and although there are a couple of local restaurants within easy touching distance, the emphasis here is on enjoying the peace and quiet.
