Taru Villas 906 is a private villa with just two bedrooms offering guests the perfect blend of privacy and comfort. Both air-conditioned bedrooms overlook the garden and ocean beyond. The owners believe in a “No Shoes, No News” philosophy and so 906 does not have TVs in the bedrooms, however there is one in the living room, and Wi-Fi throughout the villa. The villa is fully staffed and a variety of meals ranging from traditional Sri Lankan to Western favourites, can be ordered from the extensive a la carte menu. The private garden which leads out directly onto the beach also has a small plunge pool. The location is a peaceful one but a stroll down the golden sand beach will take you to Hikkaduwa’s bars and restaurants should you wish to explore in the evening.
