A small, boutique hotel in a quiet residential location. The Shwe Taung Tarn is not central, but it does have a lovely small pool and a fair amount of greenery – both notably absent from more central hotels in this category. Rooms are compact but reasonably modern, and all enjoy balconies or terraces overlooking the attractive pool area. There is a small restaurant onsite, with drinks served in the rooftop bar upstairs.
