This wonderful rustic camp on the lesser-visited east side of Lake Khovsgol is an oasis of calm, right on the shores of the crystal-clear lake. It is owned and run by Tomorsukh and family, and he is an ex-park ranger. There are around 15 gers, and in keeping with the camps eco-credentials there are compost loos, and showers fed by water heated by a stove. There is no mains electricity but a generator is operational each evening and the gers have solar panels to power the lights.
