The Aman Summer Palace is just a few steps from the East Gate of Beijing’s famous Summer Palace in the north of the city. The 51 rooms and suites are spread throughout eight elegant pavilions, which were once used as waiting rooms for guests who wished to see the emperor. As you would expect from an Aman property, the rooms are stylish and luxurious, each overlooking quiet courtyards and with generously proportioned bathrooms including free-standing bathtubs.
