Villa Maydou comprises of two wonderfully restored traditional Lao Houses situated in a large, lush garden. Both houses are registered with and protected by UNESCO, and have been renovated under the "La Maison du Patrimonie" programme to preserve this fine example of classic Luang Prabang architecture. The property is located right next to Wat Meuna temple and near the old Nam Khan river bridge in the historical heart of the city. Guests can enjoy all the modern comforts whilst staying in this historical building, just a 5 minute tuk-tuk ride away from the night market and shopping streets of central Luang Prabang.
